Lietuvos radijo ir televizijos komisija (Radio and Television Commission of Lithuania)
The Radio and Television Commission of Lithuania is an independent institution with powers of regulation and supervision of activities of commercial radio and television broadcasters, which is accountable to the Seimas (Parliament) of the Republic of Lithuania.
Nacionaline vartotoju teisiu apsaugos taryba (National Consumer Rights Protection Board)
The National Consumer Rights Protection Board coordinates Lithuania institutions' activities on protection of consumers.
The Board has 4 members, including the Chairman and it has been functioning since August 2001. it works under the supervision of the Ministry of Justice
Lietuvos Respublikos konkurencijos taryba (Competition Council Republic of Lithuania)
The Competition Council is an independent public Authority of the Republic of Lithuania. The main task of the Competition Council is to apply the Law on Competition. In addition to the supervision of the Law on Competition, also carries out functions assigned the Law on Advertising.
Self-regulation bodies
Asociacija Reklamos Biuras (ARB) (Advertising Bureau Association)
ARB has been established in April 2005. It is set up and funded by
the advertising industry to apply code and rules regulating advertising
content. The SRO receives complaints for investigation, and in case the
complaint is upheld, the advertiser will be requested to withdraw or
amend the advertisement.

Lietuvos komunikacijos agenturu asociacija (KOMAA) (Association of Lithuanian Communication Agencies)
The mission of KOMAA is to unite advertising agencies seeking to develop advertising market, enhance the status of the industry and make joint decisions that are important for the entire advertising market. Komaa is a member of the Asociacija Reklamos Biuras (ARB)
