BCI - Broadcasting Commission of Ireland
Responsible for a number of key areas of activity with regard to television and radio services in Ireland further to the provisions of the Radio and Television Act 1988 and the Broadcasting Act 2001

Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI)
ASAI is set up and financed by the advertising industry to apply
code and rules regulating advertising content. It receives complaints
for investigation, and in case the complaint is upheld, the advertiser
will be requested to withdraw or amend the advertisement.
ASAI is a member of EASA (European Advertising Standards Alliance).
