Prof. Sarah Todd

 

Profile

Sarah Todd is Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing at the University of Otago,  where she teaches in the areas of consumer behaviour, tourism and research methods. Professor Todd is a founding member of the university’s Consumer Research Group, which has conducted major studies into consumer lifestyles in New Zealand.  Additionally, a new research initiative is currently underway, looking at children as consumers. Her areas of research focus on understanding children’s perception of advertising. Professor Todd’s particular area of expertise is children’s consumptive behaviour and their comprehension of advertising.
