Sandy Bulmer

 

Profile

Sandy Bulmer is lecturer in Marketing at the Department of Commerce at the Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand. She has wide ranging research interests in marketing communication particularly in consumer interpretation of advertising and global / cross-cultural advertising issues. Sandy also studies socially important topics relating to advertising and children, food advertising, ethics and advertising and the role of marketing communications in childhood obesity.

Currently, Ms Bulmer is part of an international team researching in the area of children, advertising and food. She is also working towards a PhD and teaching introductory marketing, marketing strategy and guest lecturing in post-graduate classes on qualitative research methods and advertising & promotion.
